Inquiry privacy notice

This notice covers the CreditCorleone launch website and interest form. CreditCorleone is based in South Carolina, United States. Paid enrollment is not open. The form is for adults 18 and older.

What you share

The interest form collects your preferred name, email, state/country, main goal category, adult eligibility and permission choices. Referral source and marketing updates are optional. Google Forms also records the submission time. Do not submit account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, credit reports or financial balances.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to review and respond to your request, assess whether the proposed service may fit, and keep a record of your communication preferences. We send optional launch or educational updates only if you choose them. If you decline inquiry permission, we will not contact you. We do not send inquiry responses to an AI drafting tool or sell them.

Where it is handled

Google Forms and Google Workspace store and handle form responses and business email for us. Access to responses is restricted to the business owner and any specifically authorized reviewer. Respondents cannot view response summaries. The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and security. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to operate their services. See Google's privacy information and Cloudflare's privacy information.

We have not added advertising pixels or analytics scripts to this website. External links, including Google Forms and YouTube, lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

We review inactive inquiries for deletion 90 days after the last contact. If you opt in to updates, we may retain your contact and preference record separately until you unsubscribe. Records needed for legal obligations or to honor a do-not-contact request may be retained as necessary. Provider backups may follow separate retention cycles.

Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, or to unsubscribe. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. You can close the form without submitting. Submitting is not enrollment, payment authorization or a promise of service.

Future services

Detailed financial intake, payment processing and client plan delivery will have their own applicable notices and terms before collection begins. This inquiry form does not collect that information.
